the sound is way to low can barely here music and yes my sound is turned up i tried the JBL app really did not change anything its almost like there is no bass very Tingey i had high hopes for these

Never conect to the app on my phone

I don’t know why but the headphones never get detected by the jbl app in my phone and I try everything

We appreciate your feedback. Please do the following in this order when having an issue connecting to the App.
1. Go into the app and clear the Cache 2. Uninstall the app from your device 3. Forget or unpair the headphones/speaker from the Bluetooth list on your device 4. Reboot the device/phone twice (this is an important step, as it ensures that the device has gone through an entire on/off cycle without ever seeing the app or Bluetooth pairing, so all remnants are removed from the phone) 5. Reset the headphones/speaker 6. Pair the headphones/speaker to your device 7. Play some music to ensure a good Bluetooth connection 8. Download and install the app 9. Open the app and allow all permissions (the app will not function without permissions) 10. When the app opens, it should find your speaker and function properly 11. Try different source device (phone/tablet)
Note: We cannot guarantee the use of our app when using Beta versions of Operating Systems.

Great sound. These were a replacement pair since I washed my husband's last pair by accident. We really like these ear buds. Love that you can find them if you drop them as well.

Earbud creeps out while gaming.

Sound and bass is amazing, but the biggest problem with this vs. most of the other JBL earbud I have own. The earbud falls out even while sitting still. I have tried replacing all the silicone fitments, It will creep out slowly and the constant need to keep shoving it back in your ear. I wish JBL added a small wing to the design to lock the earbud in place. I wouldn't recommended for traveling.

Very well built! I love the sound quality and the touch button works amazing. Noise canceling is perfect.
