Love the noise cancelling

Bought this for my boyfriend as an upgrade from his previous headphones, really good sounds and love the noise cancelling and compatible. He's had it for less than a year and already the right earbud seems to have lost it's normal volume. The left ear bud is louder, which makes going to the gym and listening with the noise cancelling difficult as noise passes through. Very upsetting

As with all in‑ear headphones, our TWS models can be susceptible to a buildup of dust, which may cause low volume in one or both earbuds or lead to balance issues (for example, the right earbud sounding louder than the left). To help prevent this, we recommend periodically cleaning the earbuds. Please refer to the link below for proper cleaning instructions. You can also check your phone’s audio balance settings to ensure the balance is set to 0 or centered. If the issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. I give this review a 5 ⭐. Because I had these ear buds for roughly a year now. And recently I lost them then in the snow for close to a month. They went through rain, snow, cars driving by. And I happen to find them the other day still in the snow. And the still work. So anyone who reads this. I recommend these ear buds

Bought 2 Pair: 1 worked great, 1 needs replacement

One of my earbuds has not worked since I bought. Will not work. I bought another pair at the same time and they work great. Waiting on more information on how to return the one pair which is malfunctioning then will edit my review.

Been using mine about a year now with ZERO issues, best purchase I made at the time. However now both buds seem like their volume disappears randomly then it comes back after some time. Reset, charge, disconnecting and reconnecting, nothing helps and I can't seem to find a solution anywhere. I use these buds 6 hours a day and it annoys me each time it happens, looking at new buds because of this. JBL has a good reputation for great products for a decent price. This is making me wonder.

Thanks for your inquiry. To get the best sound from your JBL Tune Buds, ensure a tight seal by angling the ear tip downward, twisting the earbud to fit securely, and maintaining that seal. If volume is still imbalanced, clean the contact pins with alcohol and a cotton swab, then dry them. Great product, one problem

Tune Buds are excellent. This is a replacement set, as my dog ate my old one (really). However, the rubber buds that go in the ear are too big, which is different from my last set. I am using the smallest set provided but they fall out of my ears quite often. Any suggestions?

However, sometimes wireless interference may cause corruption between the connection of the two earpieces. Please try forgetting your device from the source before pairing it again. Horrible shape

Good sound and noise cancelation, but the shape is so bulky, awkward, and heavy that they fall out with the slightest movement. I've tried multiple sizes of silicone tips and none of them can keep them in my ear. I finally lost one of the earbuds for good because it fell out of my ear, and mind you, I was literally not moving at all. What's wrong with the classic earbud shape?

You can create a tight seal by inserting the eartip at a slight downward angle, gently twisting the earbud to match the shape of your ear, and continuing to twist until it feels secure. Try this with each of the included eartip sizes to find the best fit. After a few attempts, the process becomes quick and easy each time you put them on.
