Good sound

These sound great, the only issue is that they tend to come out of my ear when running. My older JBL ear buds fit better.

We're here to help. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Tune Buds TWS, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. JBL products are the best on the market. I own 3 Go-3, 2-Go 4 ,770NC, and tune buds zero noise.my grandsons have Go3's, 550nc . My 85 year old mamma is got her G-3 and she love it ! I would put JBL products against other products. I've had the other expensive products and I found your products above & beyond when I need and so happy that I spent money to have a great products. All you products deliver great sound .

Survived a rain storm and still worked

I bought these a couple of years ago and I was using them open morning of deer season and they fell out of my pocket on the way back to the truck. Five days later I find them in the middle of the trail half buried in sand after a rain storm. I thought they would not work but it was still showing a charge so when I got home cleaned them up and work just like new. I highly recommend this product.

Keep falling out, terrible

These things sound ok, they keep falling out just walking, ok if you sit still.

When inserting the earbuds, a slight downward angle and gentle twisting motion can help them conform to the shape of your ear canal. Will not charge complete, have to turn the cable overto get a half. Charge

We're here to help with your JBL Tune Buds. If your charging case is not charging, we recommend using another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. While it’s extremely uncommon, try using a different wall outlet to ensure the issue isn’t with the outlet itself. Sand and dirt can accumulate in the product’s charging port. Clean it gently with compressed air. Additionally, the charger may not be powerful enough to power the unit and charge the battery simultaneously. Please check your adapter and ensure it has a rating of 2 amps or higher. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Do Not Buy

I bought 2 of these pieces of garbage in the last 3 months and in both situations one of the earbuds went into half volume and it’s so annoying. This is easily the worst earbuds I’ve ever purchased and I hate I made the same mistake twice
