Love the new JBL Tune ear buds I bought for me and my wife. Great sound and noise canceling. Hard to get them to stay in my ears but still like them. Guess I need to find some extra small cones to put on them to fit better inside my small ear canal.

I've had my tune buds for about 7 months now and they worked perfectly for the first 5 months but now I can't get any sound louder than a whisper from the right ear bud. I've tried every solution I've found online but it only works properly for a couple of minutes before becoming quiet again. The sound quality from the function ear bud is fantastic, I just wish they both worked instead of only one.

Thanks for your feedback. To get the best sound from your headphones, ensure a tight seal in your ear by angling the eartip downward and gently twisting it into your ear. Try different eartip sizes for the best fit. If volume issues persist, check for debris blocking the ear tip screen, ensure the balance control on your device or app is centered, and try connecting your headphones to a different device to identify if the issue is with the headphones or the source. Great earbuds for the price!

Great sound and connectivity, the battery last a long time on one charge, gets me through a shift at work no problem.phone calls are clear and really easy to use. The only problem is the fit I used all the different ear attachments and they still seem to pop out at the worst times. Afraid I’m going to lose them. Especially where I work.

Constantly fall out!

These ear buds sound good and I like the noise cancelling and ambient sounds features - HOWEVER - they do not stay in your ears. I bought these primarily to wear/use in the gym. They are useless for the gym when you have to constantly push them back in and pick them off the floor when they fall out. What a huge disappointment.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune Buds come with 3 sizes of eartips. To achieve a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Also, our Tune Buds are designed mainly for everyday listening and comfort, but they’re not specifically built for workouts or sports activities. Terrible lifespan. I have had to return them twice due to one of the buds becoming quiet (no, there’s no wax build up). After a few months my third pair is clipping and is quiet. Not getting these again.

Great earbuds

These are great earbuds without a doubt. Going from the JBL Tune 130NC TWS to the newer version, i did notice that the noise cancelling isn't quite as good on the tune buds. I also ordered a set of foam ear socks as the rubber ones aren't as good in my opinion. That should be an option. Sound quality is great and a little heavy on bass but can be managed a bit with the eq on the app. Comfort is great as expected. Overall no real complaints, just differences from my old set to the new ones.
