They sound great. But...

The JBL Tune Buds sound amazing. However, I can't get them to stay in my ear regardless of the size of molds I use while sometimes just walking around. They constantly fall out even with slight movement and low activity. This shouldn't be a reflection of the great sound quality, but it's a bummer because I can't really use them when doing easy yard work. They are fine if you're sitting still and work great on an airplane while using the noise canceling feature.

My bf and I have had many JBL products and they have always been great!
Today I found my left earbud from my Tune Buds in my dryer 'water proof ' that earbud made it an hour in and out of water and then the dryer.
It started charging like a champ and still works. I've had the buds for almost a year. And we've had many JBL products, I don't think we'd buy anything else at this point.

Good sound quality, bad in ear design.

It's been a few months of ownership and the main complaint I have towards these buds are the fact they slip out the ear a little to easy. They do offer the "tips" that are supposed to prevent these from happening, but the design is not meant to take a lot of movement before the earbud falls out.

To achieve a secure fit, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear, then gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. Horrible Product

These earbuds are horrible. I've had them less than a year and they don't work anymore. The earbuds won't take a charge. Plus they are always falling out of my ear. Do not buy.

TWS ear buds, charging issues are frequently caused by foreign matter on the metal charging contacts. This can include sweat, grease, ear wax, etc. Please clean the contact points of your earbuds and the charging case. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Decent earbuds for the price

These are pretty alright for everyday use sound quality is a bit worse than airpods mainly due to having so much “Bass” it sacrifices a lot of other tones but still useable. For heavy work these are less than ideal when cutting material it will actually muzzle the noise kinda sounding like its shorting out in your ear. Construction and Fabrication boys just stick to the AirPods lol

We appreciate your feedback. Please try to connect your JBL Tune Buds to your other device to see if it has the same issue. If the issue remains the same, follow these reset steps: take both earbuds out. Make sure that they are not connected to any Bluetooth. Press either the left or right earbud three (3) times then hold it on the third tap for 5 seconds. Once done, put back both earbuds inside the charging case for 10 seconds while the lid is closed. Don't fit! They fall out constantly!

Terrible fit and constantly fall out! Yes, I've tried all 3 sizes of buds to try to get them to fit. I'm sure they might fit someone's ear ok, but not mine and many other people are reporting the same issue. I can't get them to stay in long enough for me to review the quality of the sound.
Warning, based on all the reviews, if you purchase these, there is only a 20% chance they will fit your ear.
