Some nice features

Had issues at 1st with the hot water constantly running into machine even when machine was turned off. After messing with it a few times the problem stopped and everything seems to work properly now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The customer service is great. The Equator Appliances customer service called ahead of time for the delivery, also the truck driver alerted me of delivery time. They delivered the item I ordered on time.

Set and forget, the machines is durable.

An energy efficient solution for singles or couples, the Equator Combo's set and forget capability is incredibly useful for people on the go. Working in healthcare, I do laundry everyday, so the machines is ideal. Plus, living in a condominium, the extra space created by the Equator's compact size is a plus. I've had no problems with the machine whatsoever. In the past, I owned an LG combo, and the performance is comparable.
