You pay for what you get doesn’t dry! Don’t buy

It takes 110 minutes to wash and 2-4 hours to dry when it is supposed to be functioning properly. Even the lady I spoke to for service said it’s usually not dry after 2 hours and usually takes 4 hours to dry one load. Even after 6 hours my clothes are still wet not even semi dry they are soaking wet. WIth the cost of electricity prices these days who has 5+ hours to run ONE LOAD OF laundry nor who has the time? They hide all the poor reviews to not effect star ratings. You get what you pay for . Invest in a good quality separate stackable unit if you want dry clothes and less money in electricity.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spectacular combo. It takes a longer time to dry the bath towels, but it's better than going to a public laundry place where everybody go.

I do not recommend this product. First of all it says made in USA but its actually India. The call center is located in India and none of them are familiar with this product at all nor have used this machine ever they are just reading the manual to solve the problem.Not one has used it or has knowledge it the product nor can assist you because they have never used it.

Works great, as expected.
It was a struggle to install in the camper. Tight quarters and a 190 # appliance make things interesting. But approach the job with a plan. Read the supplied instructions and you will not have any problems.
After installed and tied down the machine worked as advertised. I am very satisfied.

Simple and easy to use...we keep it in a closet and bring it out when we need to do laundry..
Only bad thing since it is a 110 hookup takes twice as long to dry but it's worth it . The laundry room at ou apartment complex keep "BED BUGS" .Nothing is worse than those critters,wouldn't care if it took 3 or 4 times to dry....WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY....

Not meant to be used in a house or condo

I made the mistake of buying this for my wife. I did not realize it is not meant to be used in a condo. It is meant to be used in a trailer which is why you have to use antifreeze twice a year because it is meant for a trailer.
It has a regular 110V plug same a toaster therefore it does not dry. The manual states it dries after 2 hours but this is incorrect. I tried drying it with the washer and dryer cycle. I tried separately even after several hours there is no change in the clothes they were still wet. I called the manufacture and spoke to a nice lady named Ruth she confirmed it is actually not meant to be used for a family in a home it is meant to be used in a RV or a camper or on boat for occasional use not regular use for a family.
This is why it has a winterized feature as its not meant to be used in a home but outside in your camper or RV or boat. If you are buying this for a condo or a house ensure you get the 220V vented stackable unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
