Really good sound and base with a perfect fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really good sounding little sound makers aka earbuds. They deliver clear highs and very good base sound as promised. And they sit very naturally and conformably in the ear. Even for me who has trouble with normal earbuds constantly falling out from the ear they fit really tightly. Only time they tend to fall of from the ear if you have to crouch to pick up something from the floor. Also they are not meant for sleeping, they are comfortable while putting your head on the pillow, but they tend to fall off from your ear easily. I would use them while doing everyday tasks, office environment and maybe even with jogging, but not for any too active sport or activity.
Connecting to the phone went smoothly. If I could add one more thing for them, it would be NFC connecting, although for this price level is ok not to have this feature. Build quality is solid.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I let these break in for a few days to let them grow into their full potential. Not sure what the actual battery life was, but during the break in period they only needed recharging once. Connection to my phone was instantaneous every time I pulled these gems out of the case. Same goes with the tap commands flawless and without any hint of hesitation. Comfort was O K and never found a fit that was comfortable over along period of time. Sound clarity was there without the bass overpowering the vocals. To summarize, I found that the price point commensurates with the sound quality. The packaging, charging simplicity, connection ease, tap commands, etc, brings super convenience with some caveats

A great well designed set of earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design with a lot of features and outstanding sound quality. You can customize the sound in the app and get even more bass or more treble whatever you prefer and they have different modes like pass through and transparency mode. The design is super sleek with a premium feeling build quality, they also feature touch controls on the front of each bud to control playback and the voice prompts that play is a nice clear voice unlike other products I’ve used. Out of the box you get different size ear tips, a usb c charging cable, and your paperwork. When it comes to the case it’s a nice matte finish that feels very solid and is a good size for pockets the magnets on the case are strong and provide a satisfying closure and the lid doesn’t wobble it feels solid also. On the front of the case it features a clear led battery indicator that is nice and easy to see.
Overall if you want a great pair of true wireless earbuds I highly recommended you give these a try they don’t disappoint.

These headphones would be 5 ⭐ but they have 2 major issues, one is that radio waves from certain FM stations cause breaks in the connection, and 2 after a few months they stop making a solid connection. As far as the audio quality it's on par for the price range but the major bonus you get is the durability of the earbuds, I had a set where one of the earbuds fell into a deep fryer vat and after drying it continued to work for months. Unfortunately untill JBL is able to fix the connection issues I do not believe I will be buying any more.

First, make sure there is a clear line of sight between devices to avoid interference. Shut down unused Bluetooth devices that could cause interference. Avoid concrete/brick walls that interrupt the signal. Open spaces like parks can also cause issues with Bluetooth signals. Last is the reset, with both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than five seconds. Comfy but no bass

Not What I Expected

Not thrilled with these earbuds. The sound quality is very tinny, and they have zero bass response. Not really as advertised. If you are looking fora rich sound with good bass, these are not the ones to buy.

You may also check the music player app to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. You can also try to use our JBL Headphones App to navigate or put the earbuds in your desired mode. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.

The earbuds work, but app doesn’t

Fix the app vibe beam earbuds will not be recognized by the app! I tried every possible way to remedy this! Why have an app that can’t even recognize its own products! Major fail? I will not be buying your products again and not recommend your company!

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help isolate the issue, and do the following in order. First, go into the app and clear the Cache, then uninstall the app from your device. Next, forget or unpair the JBL Vibe Beam from the Bluetooth list on your device, then reboot the device/phone twice (this is an important step, as it ensures that the device has gone through an entire on/off cycle without ever seeing the app or Bluetooth pairing, so all remnants are removed from the phone). Third, reset the earbuds. After that, pair them to your device. Play some music to ensure a good Bluetooth connection. Lastly, download and install the app, open the app, and allow all permissions (the app will not function without permissions). When the app opens, it should find your speaker and function properly. Please know that we can not guarantee the use of our app when using Beta versions of Operating Systems. If the issue remains, please contact us.
