This is a honest straight review as an irresponsible user: I've dropped the case with the pods in them multiple times in water. I've forgotten I was wearing them in the shower and they got wet throughout multiple instances. I've worn them while mini-karting and one accidentally fell out and someone ran over it and it was still functional. Finally, I've accidentally forgotten it in the washer and dryer multiple times and they still function. The sound quality is good enough for me, the bass is great. I cannot say more but that these JBL vibe beams are really indestructible, they still have been through a year of brutal wear and still function the same as the day they came in the box.

Great set of earbuds!

Nice sound quality, but clumsy to get out of charging station with larger fingers. Happy with the purchase and quality for the price.

Almost great earbuds

I purchased the JBL vibe beam headphones about a month ago ago and I love the sound. However I had to remove the rubber tips off the ear bud for them to fit in my ears and it’s so hard getting the earbuds in and out of the container.

Thanks for your feedback. To achieve the best seal and secure fit with your JBL Vibe Beam, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Vibe Beam has the “Check My Best Fit” feature in the JBL Headphones App, which helps ensure you’re using the correct ear tip size and proper placement for optimal sound. One of the common reasons for low volume is dust/dirt/debris blocking the ear tip screen. We recommend cleaning it using an alcohol-cotton swab of alcohol. If cleaning doesn't solve the problem, the next thing to check is the balance control. Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. Also, source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. We need to determine if the problem is in the device or the headphones. Try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Do not fit well

They are good overall since I got them for 50% off. I have tried different brands and styles. These however are not a good fit even with the included tip options, not very comfortable either

I have always bought JBL product. I decided to get something that was not as expensive as my tour headphones for work. They were not what I was expecting. Was very generic. No bass. But at least they were inexpensive.

The battery is amazing!! goes to 100 percent really fast and doesnt run out fast
