Perfect fit

Light weight and very easy to set up. App is helpful for customization. Fit is adjustable to most any size. Sound is true with bass being deep. Good value and easy to order.

not exceptional noise cancelling

have had the headphones for about two weeks now. not entirely sure that the noise cancelling is quite what I was hoping for. I was expecting better. other than that, a decent set of headphones, I do like the ability to control the settings for different types of music via the app.
Would I buy these again, probably not. noise cancelling was what i was really looking for

We appreciate your feedback. The noise cancelling would filter out every day environment noise. The feature on our headphone isn't suited for extreme sound environments or professional settings that need noise cancelling.

Extremely disappointed

I am completely astonished at how bad the sound is over wire, the fact that it is also impossible to EQ over wire is so disappointing, the headphones also lose their “tightness” overhead in just a few months, I’ve had mine for about a year and the cushion on the head band is also starting to open up as it’s just glued and not stitched in place.

Very Impressive Headphones

I've had my Tune 720BT headphones for about 2 months now. The sound is full and crisp, a full charge seems to last forever, even at high volume use.
I would feel safe recommending these headphones to my best friends without any fear that they wouldn't rate them as highly as I do.

Amazing headphones, I wish they had bass so loud that it vibrates but it’s still amazing haha. Sound does leak a good bit when turned up all the way tho, that’s the only downside.

Not noise canceling

They’re good headphones
My gripe is that I was looking for Bluetooth noise canceling headphones and when I searched the site for “Bluetooth” and “noise canceling” the 720BT came up, so I purchased them. The 720BT headphones are NOT noise canceling. I wouldn’t have bought them if I knew these weren’t NC.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, our JBL Tune 720BT doesn't have a noise cancelling feature. You may want to check out our JBL Tune 760NC that has Active Noise Cancelling (ANC).
