Great fit and sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have great sound and fit my large head perfectly but are also comfortable on my daughters head. I use these to listen to music, podcasts, and teams meeting for work. Although maybe not specifically designed for meetings they work great and everyone says they can hear me perfectly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My favorite affordable headphones

I've had mine for around 6 months as a cheaper replacement for my old pair of headphones and I love them. The battery life is insane and they really only need to be charged for ten minutes if you're in a rush. The sound quality is great and they're durable. 10/10 would recommend especially if you're on a budget!! (they're also comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time)

Nice, but volume is to low

It was easy to connect to phone, tv, but the volume was disappointing too low. I have tried to increase volume through the app, but that's the best I can do.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 720BT. First, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last is reset, turn the headphones on then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than five seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.

When the phone jack for my over-priced headphones broke off inside my laptop at a crucial point in composing music, and the agjustable head strap on the cheap headphone with USB cord broke soon after purchase, I decided bluetooth would be the way to go.
I quickly found my JBL TUNE 720BT at a good price point. I should have Should have done this first. Thet are on my head sometimes literally all day. No cords to break, fast battery charge which has a long life seamless trustworthy performance. I'm free of sound issues on any of the platforms i am using.

Sound Quality diminishing

The sound quality has significantly reduced after doing a software upgrade on the JBL app. They no longer sound as loud and clear as before
