Some of the very best headphones I have used!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got a pair of the JBL TUNE 720BT. Needless to say I wasted no time in checking these new headphones out! Packaging seemed a little better than average, with easy to open package and everything needed right there easily assessable (charging cable, small pin headphone wire to use with non-Bluetooth devices… a definite plus!). I do have to admit, I am not a fan of charging cables that are only ten-inches long.
Now, the headphones themselves are quite comfortable, being an over the ear design. Which, by the way, has a very tight fit… not a ‘noise-canceling’ design, but does a great job of sealing out room/outside ambient noise.
Wore these for well over an hour (initial charge was less than two hours from zero charge) without ever ‘tiring’. Sampled music from several genres and was quite impressed with the sound. Bass was not ‘boomy’, in fact, the bass was exceptional tight and realistic. The high end was very well defined and showed no strain when reproducing some pretty high and complex synthesizer sounds. I must admit that these phones are among the best sounding I’ve ever used. One of the surprises for me was the addition of a graphic EQ mode that was part of the phone pairing app. Very Cool!
These are headphones that I would recommend to anyone that seriously loves music

Beautiful sound, great comfort

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL tune 720s are probably my favorite over the ear headphones so far. The sound these deliver definitely meets my expectations without the headphones being too bulky and the ear pads being just soft enough to wear for an extended period of time. I love that it comes with an auxiliary cable so you can plug it into your computer, and the charging port is discreetly tucked away preventing it from getting Dusty when not in use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect Audio Companion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these for about two weeks now. Coming from Apple AirPod Pro 2nd. I absolutely love these. The noise cancellation is perfect. I use them on my big screen tv to watch tv at night and they sound incredible. They are pretty comfortable to wear for periods of time. The usb c charging is also a nice feature. Super easy to pair to my tv and to my smartphone as well. Definitely recommend these.

Studio Monitor quality without the bulk or weight!

These headphones are awesome!! The quality of the sound is fantastic. They are noise cancelling but do it without electronic wizardry. Just well insulated ear cups that don't let outside sound inside. I wear glasses and the ear cups get tight around them and I don't notice a difference in noise reduction if I am wearing my glasses or not. And with the available JBL Headphones app, you can custom tailor your sound to whatever makes you happiest for whatever music/media you are listening to.
Given the sound quality and isolation factors mentioned above, I believe these are as good as many dedicated "Studio Monitor" type headphones. Add to that BT and the lightweight of these, and you have a winning recipe. These do provide me with all day comfort at work and block out the annoyance of workplace noise with ease. I can't say for sure what the actual battery live of these are, because I have not reached it yet. They are stated to have 76 hours of listening. I'm only giving them at most 40 hours per week. And I don't want to be without my new favorites,. so I charge them up over the weekend.
These come with two cords. One cord is an audio cord so you can be wired to an output device (like my laptop, or an airline audio output) that is about 3 feet long. The other is the usual, way too short in my opinion, standard orange JBL power cord. And that is my only complaint about this product; the power cord is just too short. When plugged in on my counter, part of the headphone is dangling in air because the cord is not long enough. I usually end up just using a different USB-C cord. A small price to pay and you shouldn't let that deter you from enjoying the incredible sound these headphones provide.

Great fit and sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have great sound and fit my large head perfectly but are also comfortable on my daughters head. I use these to listen to music, podcasts, and teams meeting for work. Although maybe not specifically designed for meetings they work great and everyone says they can hear me perfectly.

My favorite affordable headphones

I've had mine for around 6 months as a cheaper replacement for my old pair of headphones and I love them. The battery life is insane and they really only need to be charged for ten minutes if you're in a rush. The sound quality is great and they're durable. 10/10 would recommend especially if you're on a budget!! (they're also comfortable to wear for extended amounts of time)

Nice, but volume is to low

It was easy to connect to phone, tv, but the volume was disappointing too low. I have tried to increase volume through the app, but that's the best I can do.

Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue with your JBL Tune 720BT. First, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and on your music player app, commonly found in the playback or EQ settings. Next, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last is reset, turn the headphones on then press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than five seconds. The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.
