Extremely disappointed

I am completely astonished at how bad the sound is over wire, the fact that it is also impossible to EQ over wire is so disappointing, the headphones also lose their “tightness” overhead in just a few months, I’ve had mine for about a year and the cushion on the head band is also starting to open up as it’s just glued and not stitched in place.

Great over the ears

Sounds good. Volume sucks, isn't loud. Caps off. These style headphones were better when the volume was separate from the phone or tv, could use about 5 more notches for high volume.. great over the ears part but I can still hear my tv with volume maxed

Thanks for your feedback. We're committed to providing the best possible audio experience for our customers. We'll share your feedback with our product development team. Source devices (e.g. phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. Download the free JBL Headphones app, and customize your sound through the EQ. If you need further assistance, please contact us.

Sleek. Clear. Affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are so many like products in the marketplace to choose from, on either end of the affordability scale. It is always presumed that the more you spend, the better the product is. This is not always the truth and the JBL Tune 720BT is proof of that! Affordable, high-quality, and stylish, these headphones are great for however you choose to use them. The battery life is long-lasting, and it is easy to forget that you need to charge them. I first unboxed and used them at home on the couch to get a sense of what to expect. I turned on some hip-hop, as it typically is high in bass and different sounds and turned it up as loud as my ears could stand just so I could test the clarity. I was pleasantly surprised. The clarity of sound and deepness of the bass were very impressive. These felt studio quality. Next, I used one of my streaming apps to check out the experience with movies/tv and yet again was I blown away with how much I was hearing. It was almost like a surround sound experience right into my ears. Next, I took them to the gym to see how they perform during workouts. The gym is usually a loud place with a lot of distracting sounds. Not only did it dull out the sounds of machines and weights banging around but they also stayed snug on my ears/head while doing intense training. The quality of sound really helped to keep me motivated during my workout and now they are my preferred headphones to use at the gym. The look is sleek. The sound is clear. The price is right. These headphones are a great value and has the superb quality you expect from JBL products. I love these headphones and I am looking forward to using them on my long flight overseas in a couple of months. I can’t recommend these enough!

I bought these and originally loved them but the music cut in and out while playing- within a week of purchase, even after troubleshooting

Good Sound Quality, Good Value

I've been using the Tune 720BT headphones for a little over a month. The sound quality you get for the price of this model is quite good. Battery life is fantastic, and charging time is great as well. There's a one star deduction for so-so long term comfort and disappointing volume level. After a few hours of use, I have to adjust the position of the headphones every few minutes. Also, the volume isn't quite loud enough for my liking. Overall, these are good headphones for the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received it today, charged it and tested it out. The build quality feel pretty average and light, not as good as the 500bt but still comfortable, sound quality is great after the jbl app updates it. Really good headphones for a midrange price.

Light as a feather

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the lightest headphones I have worn. Slim design makes it a great look. I've been wearing them for hours daily and they are so comfortable and light. My only concern is that I'm not sure why but the sound is a little off. It seems as if the sound is far away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The headphonds feel nice and comfortable. They are extremely easy to set up and use with a corded function and bluetooth function. I like the ability to use Siri by pressing a button on the headphones.
