JBL 720 Expectations Exceeded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box the headphones were half charged and ready to go. From power on to confirmed BT connection was at most 30 seconds. Downloading the JBL app was not required but can be used to fine tune the sound quality of the headphones. I immediately noticed how confortable the ear cups were and the padding on the top of my head. My ears fit perfectly inside the ear cups which made for a very comfortable fit. The on off was easy to find with the headphones on and a push of the button turns them on and pairs right away. Push and hold the button and you enter BT pairing mode. Theres nothing difficult about using the track forward and volume buttons. The sounds has really good bass, mids, and highs. If you are an audiophile, you will enjoy these. These surpass any other headphones I've owned...they are that good! Charging the 720s is simple. I use these hours on end at the Gym and i forget I have them on.

Buy These! You Won't Regret It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using these headphones for a couple of weeks now and they have exceeded my expectations! First of all, they have a great battery life. I was not expecting them to last 76 hours of usage as mentioned on the package, but they did. They are very comfortable on my head and ears so I find myself easily able to use them all day. I put them on at work to tune out all the background noise around me. Afterwards, while I'm working out, cooking, or cleaning I utilize them to listen to my favorite podcasts. However, there are a few times I'm not able to use these. Even though I think of my head as being large, I've noticed these easily fall off while doing some exercises like sit ups or yoga. I do wish I could tighten them just slightly more to stay on. I've started using the JBL Headphones app to get even more use of all the functionality of these. I like that the Equalizer has presets I can select or even create my own. I also like to change settings in the app using Smart Audio and Video so that when listening to videos, it will stay in sync with my phone. I thoroughly enjoy these headphones and I'm considering getting my husband a pair. Highly recommend!

Very Impressive Headphones

I've had my Tune 720BT headphones for about 2 months now. The sound is full and crisp, a full charge seems to last forever, even at high volume use.
I would feel safe recommending these headphones to my best friends without any fear that they wouldn't rate them as highly as I do.

help i’ve been scammed

Asked for these for Christmas and i got em and boy do i regret it. if i could give this 0 stars i would. took em out the box and hooked em up just to realize that they don’t even work properly. songs are unrecognizable when paired with my chromebook and sound only come out one ear when paired with my phone. if they gonna sell headphones with half the sound they should advertise as so and charge half the price…do not waste your time on these crappy headphones. i should of called the cops on JBL for scamming me cause that’s basically what this company is doing to people. jbl you should be ashamed of yourselves, get it together

Lightweight, comfortable and clear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using these headphones for the past week and really like them. I have listened to YouTube classic rock songs, some jazz CDs, and Apple downloaded songs. The bass is exceptionally clean and tight and the highs are not fatiguing ever after several hours of listening. They are so comfortable that you tend to forget you’re wearing them. My wife has stolen them from me, probably because she can tune me out when she’s working. Overall, I think they’re a good buy.

Great sound, but the fit is too tight for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones have good bass and strong mids and highs. They sound really great aund get quite loud. They have the standard excellent sound quality JBL is known for. I don't find these headphones as comfortable as I had hoped for extended wear. I am a guy with a bigger head and my ears are on the larger side. These headphones have a bit too much force on my ears for my taste. After a while, like an hour or so, for me, they become uncomfortable. I like the volume controls on the headphones and phone calls seem to work well on them. I would definitely recommend them to someone with a smaller head and ears. They are great quality, but they don't fit me well.

Bad design

I have bought 2 of these now and both broke at the hinge. The sound is great and still works but no point buying a headset that won't stay on your head. Very disappointed and will not be buying again, especially seeing as you don't offer my country warranties and it didn't even last a year
