Expensive but good

The air filter works really well especially since our corgi sheds like crazy. The only thing is it's pricey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you're using this on a regular basis, I suggest you use the subscription so it automatically sends you a new one every 6 months. Its a great filter for the purifier especially in a dusty, old home that I currently live in.

Molekule system and filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot honestly say I have noticed a significant difference between the Tri-Power filter and the previous version. The entire system makes a subtle difference in the air quality and since I don't have other systems to compare it to I'm assuming that's good. I have noticed that it seems to take a significant amount of time to clear the air of odors so I'm assuming the range of filtration for each device is less than advertised which may facilitate the need for more devices in a given space. However since the units are expensive customers may not be able to purchase enough devices to adequately filter the air. This may lead to disappointment with your customer base and loss of sales. Since the units run constantly they eventually develop noises or are not completely silent on the lowest setting. I have 10 Molekules and 5 of my units do one or the other. Two have a constant clicking sound and 3 I have to put in standby mode at night because of the noise they continue to make on the lowest setting will disturb our sleep. One unit the Air completely stopped working. A filter that I received for one of my Air Pro's had the thin top black plastic piece broken when it arrived and I had to glue it back together to get it to seat properly in the filter before I could replace the old filter. They have a nice design and are more pleasing to view than the other box shaped filters but the quality is questionable.

Molekule price increases have made this a very ineffective solution. There are already questionable claims and the higher priced filters now just simply make the case for other purifier companies. The fact they’ve raised prices this much does not leave me able to recommend their products.

Simple Order/Subscription Process - Quick Delivery as well

I ordered my filter at about 7pm 5/28 and received my order at about Noon on 5/31. This is a new subscription for me and I am very pleased with the processing and shipping time. We use this for many reasons, one of which is to help reduce VOC's created during 3D printing. Thank you MoLEKULE! Andrew Z

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if I have a good way of reviewing that it is doing everything it should or at least it would seem that other cheaper air purifiers we have may do just as well. The positive is this filter is easy to install and our Molekule runs fine although a bit loud at higher fan settings.

Air Pro PECO-HEPA filter

This is my second filter for my Air Pro and I have the same issue as with the original. After about one month, maybe less, the Air pro begins to put out a bad oder. Hard to describe so I'll say a chemical smell. I brought this to the attention of MoLEKULE with the first one and was told that it was due to it being a new filter and would clear up. That never happened. Both filters were fine for up to one month Then they got to the point where I could no longer tolerate the odor. The higher the fan speed the worse the smell. Can a technical person contact me about this problem. At this point my air pro is unusable. Actually I would rate the filter with no stars. Or is the problem something wrong with the air pro?
