HAVE TO SAY I AM DISAPPOINTED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my first filter and I get two different messages: #1 that there is no filter installed and the system shuts down or #2 that filter needs to be replaced. I have re installed the filter a number of times and I have disconnected and reset the Molekule unit all to no avail. When I opened the box to my new filter I did notice that it looked used as it was not as pristine as the original filter the unit came with. I have sent an email to the Molekule Support team and am waiting for an answer. These filters are expensive and this is my first replacement filter. My experience makes we want to get rid of this unit that cost me nearly 1K.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my MoleKules (we have 10 of them in our home)! Our indoor air quality is great and having them has had resulted in a major reduction in sinus issues for both my wife and me. My only complaint is keeping the MoleKules connected to WiFi can sometimes be problematic.

The previous Air Pro filter smelled strange. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a replacement filter. The new filter smells fresh and the air in my home is clean again. Thank you!
