Expensive and not seeing any difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pricey, constant white noise, and no perceptable improvement in air quality, colds, allergies, etc. 50/50 if this is snake oil, and regret buying such an expensive system with expensive lock in filters

We were wondering how much difference our air filters made - like were the worth it? We tried going without and quickly learned they are PRICELESS! Never again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving it I think. Have on auto and it kicks in when it needs too. Love that it has detected particles in the air and even smoke in the summer. When air quality was bad.

Air Pro failed when I changed filters

I have been in contact with your support team, they have assigned a trouble ticket, ticket number is 524743, and asked me for additional information which I have provided, twice, and I have not heard back from them in over a week.
