Keeps us safe and sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These filters work. our allergies are better. we are able to monitor negative AQI and make adjustments for our health and safety. very happy with our four Molekules (2 Pro and 2 Mini+)!

I think it's great but filters are expensive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The purifier works great, although I don't see as much dust in the filter when I replace them. With other purifiers you can see all the dust that was captured in the filter, and that gave me a bit of relief/satisfaction. That's not the case with this purifier, and I'd like to think it's still doing its job. The filters are a bit expensive even if you get on the subscription. I wish the prices for them were a bit more reasonable.

I’ve had to send it back and get a new one.The filter doesn’t seem to get a whole lotta air flow through it. The results of the brand new filter seemed to only last about three or four weeks. And a new filter is just outrageously priced now. I will not be purchasing any additional replacement filters in the future. Just does not seem to clean the air in my home.Like today, we have air quality warnings due to wind. And this is what the device says on it. But yesterday there were no high winds and it said extremely dirty. Just not really great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry to hear that you were experiencing problems with your air purifier, and I'm glad we were able to send you a new one. Our filters have been tested rigorously and found that it starts to lose it's efficiency starting on the 6-month mark of daily use. It's understandable that you that you feel that a brand new filter only last 3-4 weeks since it does take time to calibrate the sensor with each new filter change and clean your air. As for the air quality warnings, I suggest cleaning the sensors with a microfiber cloth to make sure it's not giving any false readings. Depending on where your air purifier is located, we recommend having it in a location with decent air flow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know everyone recommends different brands and there's a thousand options but we've had ours for several years and nothing makes more of a difference, honestly a lifesaver for those of us with bad allergies, pets and also live in east la, also thankful it looks nice in any room.

Changing my filter killed my air purifier
