HAVE TO SAY I AM DISAPPOINTED

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my first filter and I get two different messages: #1 that there is no filter installed and the system shuts down or #2 that filter needs to be replaced. I have re installed the filter a number of times and I have disconnected and reset the Molekule unit all to no avail. When I opened the box to my new filter I did notice that it looked used as it was not as pristine as the original filter the unit came with. I have sent an email to the Molekule Support team and am waiting for an answer. These filters are expensive and this is my first replacement filter. My experience makes we want to get rid of this unit that cost me nearly 1K.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Superior quality, great quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that they have a dark color instead of the lighter silver color. It's easier to see what has been sucked up by our Molekule. The products are always superior and I appreciate the quality and design. I like the new model for the larger Molekule, as well. I recommend!

Replacement filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The replacement filter is different than the original filter. I feel like it's a cheaper version. I have 3 of these machines and compared it to the others. The folds are much thinner and the material is different. The entire piece weighs less than the original. I feel like I'm somehow being short changed on its effectiveness. Disappointing considering how much money I have invested in these.

Air Pro runs full speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be very sensitive to chemicals and CO2. I live alone and don't have natural gas, No-one is painting and I not spraying any chemicals. It run almost full speed all the time unless I put it in quiet mode, then it never gets in spec for these 2 things. The smaller unit in the bedroom does not have this problem just the Air Pro.
