Bad Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Molekule works as long as you don’t have to change the filter. Everytime I had to change the filter the device would stop working which required me to call and get assistance in restarting the device. It shouldn’t be this hard. I sent the filter back and trashed the device. Save your money folks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will purchase again and again. I love this filter. It makes a noticeable difference in air quality. I am allergic to cats yet I still have three and this totally keeps my allergies at bay.

You make this fancy expensive air purifier with fancy expensive filters and I get this stupid error message when I try to install a new GENUINE filter. I know you’re trying to make sure you get filter revenue but this is absurd and just a poor customer experience.
