It has been good so far, I have used it three or four times and it has worked flawlessly. It smoked the best beef ribs I have ever made.

been grilling on gas for decades. Time to buy again, I started shopping. I looked a TR&*@R, and found they made by ZGrills.

first cook: ribs. I cannot believe how great it tastes!! same ribs, just different cooking methodology.
No I'm trying all kinds of things. The smoke flavoring changes everything.

I got the Z grill about a year ago. I use it every single week. I love it. It’s amazing. It’s the only one I’ve ever owned. I’m not sure I’d ever have a different one. It’s getting colder and I was thinking about getting one of the thermal blankets.
