Son tried to contact you and could not speak to you probe reading off by approx. 20 to 30 degrees and lid is bent . Will be interested to see your response to these items

thrilled about my purchase

The Z Grills 7002C is the first pellet grill I own, and so far, am thrilled with my purchase. Assembly was straightforward with excellent instructions, only took me about 1.5 hours. This weekend I cooked my first steak and was blown away by the taste. Maintenance of the grill is also very conventient and easy - cleaning it up after use doesn’t take more than 15 min, and none of the messy stuff you have to deal with with charcoal grills.
Can’t wait to try out the many recipes that are available on Z Grills and on YouTube. I’m a big fan!

Smoke signals!

Very straightforward to put together, came well packaged. So easy to use compared to my old propane smoker, just fire it up, make sure the bin is full and check the temp when your time gets close. Temperature is stable and the heat is even throughout. Realistically pretty easy to clean compared to many. I would buy another in a heartbeat eat if something happened to this one.

Control keeps going out

The control center keeps going out and going completely blank, leaving this grill just doing whatever it wants. This is not only unreliable, but a huge fire hazard.

Excellent! Has everything I want. Will fit two full steam pans , love the pullout ash trey , easy to clean. The only thing that needs added is lid gasket. I added one & now a perfect grill/smoker!
