The best deep clean!

I don’t know how I ever lived without this. To be able to do a deep clean with just this tool and distilled water is life changing.

Excellent value for money. I have used my Neat Steam Cleaner at least weekly for all these years and it continues to clean superbly. Glistening tiles, shiny hard floors, and I also use it on carpets to clean and freshen. Oh, and windows. Shiny clean windows! Customer Services are excellent and have recently sorted out a small problem. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I just got my steamer today. I started in the kitchen. My cabinets were gross, they are old cabinets that were probably put in when the house was built and they had been painted white and they were just gross looking. Now they practically look new. I will still need to repaint them at some point but man they look good! Then I cleaned my baseboards, my back door. Cleaned my baseboards in my long hallway along with the walls/doors. Then on to my kids' bathroom. OMG I am in love with this thing! I don't know where it has been my whole life! I just ordered 2 more lances (an extra one to dedicate to the bathroom and one to dedicate to the kitchen because I think they need their own because of you know germs, while I appreciate this thing sanitizes I don't feel comfortable using the same one in both places and of course I have already made baggies up to keep my brushes separate).

Im absolutely shattered, since my NEAT arrived yesterday (within 3 days of ordering) I havent stopped steam cleaning everything within sight. I have done windows, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboard doors, pvc frames, windows, glass doors, skirting boards, kitchen tiles, grout, painted walls, karndean flooring, radiators etc etc.. Its absolutely fantastic. You still have to put a lot of effort in yourself but the NEAT generates all the steam power and cleaning ability , to bring everything up looking fresh as a daisy. The attachments are easy to put on and off and only takes seconds. Was quite an investment for me but I am very pleased with it. I spoke to Anthiny initially on live chat and then by telephone and he answered all my queries, very polite and professional service. 10 out of 10.

I had to contact company as my steamer stopped giving out steam, the service that I received was brilliant, I ended up getting my steamer replaced. Great company, would definitely recommend.
