Fatal design flaw

It worked well for about a year. Now it doesn't work at all. The product has a fatal design flaw... you can't get the hose off to thoroughly and deeply de-scale it. It's blocked, we de-scale, it works or doesn't work once again, then it becomes blocked again, and we de-scale again, and again and again and it stays blocked. It is now just a beautiful brick.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This steam cleaner is Awesome, with a capital A!! I’ve always hated cleaning and now I have MS, so I hate it AND it’s hard for me to do :/ This little thing has changed my cleaning game- its so easy (no intense scrubbing) and fast! And no chemicals needed for others out there with chemical/fragrance sensitivities. As a bonus, it clears my sinuses out while I clean ;) I do not know where this has been my whole life. A game changer!!!!! I’ve literally cleaned everything possible in my house over a month’s time (would normally take me a year!). Even when something looks clean, you clean it with this and see so much more grime come out of all the little crevices. I will never clean another way!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the hype

Not worth the hype. Doesn't cut through even mild residue in the kitchen and bathroom. Glass attachment makes poor contact with glass. No cord management for hose is absurd.

Steamer functions well, and I’m sure it is engineered to a higher standard than the competition. But!
The hose not being able to detach from the unit is a real miss… pain for filling, pain for storing, more prone to fail.
The cord wrapping up underneath is another flop. It’s awkward to wrap and unwrap because you must flip the machine upside down to see what you’re doing. Pain.
The time it takes to heat up is about 15 mins not the advertised 8 mins.
I’m sure the 2.0 version will address these annoying misses, at that time it will be a 5 star machine.
So close to a home run. The machine dose preform well and is light years ahead of anything from Wuhan, alibaba/Amazon, or tictok.

Do NOT recommend. The machine stop working after having it for less than a year. At first, I couldn’t open the nozzle once I did get it opened it and added the water it didn’t come out the hose.

I’ve had my DUPRAY Neat steam for almost two months now and I love it !! I clean houses and I have to say it’s worth the moneys and it’s a great investment!!!

Used once and can’t get it to open again

I use this product one time, it seemed to work well. I followed all the instructions. I went to use it again, but cannot get it to open. The seal is stuck. Absolutely stuck. There is absolutely no way to open it. I’m stuck with a product I can’t use. I read about this issue online on forums, looking for a way to open it… it seems to be a common issue. I suggest looking elsewhere for better product and without this design flaw.

I bought this to clean my floors and tile showers. It's hard to see if it really cleaned the floors since the microfiber pad isn't super dirty afterwards and there's no dirty water bucket to dump out. The floors are definitely wet but nobody knows if the microfiber pad actually picked up anything. The microfiber is my main issue. This review won't let me post a photo but as soon as you use the cleaner, the pad shrinks at least 2 inches on all sides. It now has black marks on the part that the steam comes in contact with. They don't come out in the wash. Other steamers have a bigger mop pad surface too which makes this take longer.
