Over all works good enough
Would work MUCH BETTER if the steam got hotter
Would be easier to store if the hose disconnected from the main unit

I bought this a while ago to help clean my tiles, but it doesn't really do anything. Not like the videos or testimonials at all. It's helpful sometimes on baseboards, but nothing that's really tough to get rid of.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I used it to remove the calcium off of my water fountain! It’s better than any chemical products 😁🧽

Wish I had purchased sooner! Love my new steamer it works beautifully and actually makes cleaning enjoyable. It’s easy to use and my tile floors look great. I will never use a mop again.

Bad steamer

I bought this cleaner a few months ago and it is already faulty. It seems it may be the element. Dupray say it was not purchased from them so no responsibility but I don't know how they have illegal suppliers??? You cannot purchase an element anywhere. If I want to send it to them I would have to send it to Canada at my own expense and take their word for their findings. I will have to take it to the dump along with some of its yet unused fittings which is shameful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expanding Cleaning Services & Super Fun to Use!

I purchased the Dupray Neat to test out how well it works as a potential add-on for our cleaning company, and this little device has helped us expand our capabilities with ease! I even used it at home to clean our shower and kitchen floors...wow! We'll most likely be upgrading to the commercial steam cleaners to enhance things even further and accomplish bigger jobs.
It's even super fun to use and addictive! I wouldn't mind cleaning for hours! Thank you for creating an awesome product!

Great machine but have space for improvements

I bought this cleaner about 3 months ago and so far so good. This steamer is very easy to drag around and very light since the water is not on the stick. The steam is hot enough so I don't have to put effort scrubbing anything. However it could have a way to store the duct or to detach it. Also, it could have a way to keep the stick upright so it doesn't have to be left laying on the floor when refill is needed. A way to see the water level could be nice too. And since mishandle this equipment can be dangerous, improvement of the stickers could be nice: I made some "stickers" for my machine in case someone that didn't read the manual uses it.
