Bought this a month ago and I can’t believe how much dirt comes off supposedly clean floors with this machine!!! Now we are constantly looking for a new thing to clean as it literally restores your tiles, floors, windows back to new condition. My mom is already looking to borrow it but little does she know one is coming for her on her birthday!! Great product

Great steam cleaner for the price but Neat Plus...

I bought this to help assist and break down built up gunk in every appliances. First personal steamer ever used and I can say this thing works. Not sure how it compares to a professional grade one but this does justice. Cleaned up kitchen tile grout that's been caked on for years. A little elbow grease and a couple passes over the grout to loosen it up at first (with the copper brush [visually check to make sure it doesn't scrape your tiles, wasn't an issue for mines]) and follow up with a few more steam passes. Then wipe up with microfiber towels or mop it up. Clean! Works well on kitchen cooking oil stains as well. Not so much on super grease stains but it does help melt it up a bit. Steam heat isn't burning hot, I can put my hands about a foot in front of Steam for a certain amount of seconds, wouldn't recommend. Hose long enough to reach top of bed to kill any bed bugs or refresh your bed and pillows. Also portable enough to use it to clean interiors of vehicles. From carpet stains to wood-grain and vents. Don't really have to worry about water build up as steam evaporates, so just wipe with microfiber. Comes with a good amount of useful accessories. Cord wind up is tucked at bottom, makes it easy to roll up. Easy turn on/off, about 5-10mins warn up. Simple!
*I recently got an email showing the new Neat Plus and the refill on the fly while not having to turn off feature would be the only reason for me to go with the new version. I'd have most definitely bought the Neat Plus instead of my current steamer if that option was available at the time.
Neat Plus would be the way go if you are debating over this older version or going with the newer model. 100%

The same old design fault

The steamer has the same design fault. This is our third one. The hose comes away from the cube as well as the handle as it gets too hot !!

Cheap accessories!

I bought the Neat steam cleaner about 3 years ago. The kettle works great but all of the accessories are failing one after the other. The attachment to clean windows broke at first use, the small brushe's hair bend at first use, the pads for floor cleaning shrunk and are now too small. Lastly, the handle pieces are falling apart making the steam cleaner unusable. I started off really satisfied but I am now soo disapointed. This is not an everyday machine and I feel that the super cheap accessories don't match the kettle quality. I will be looking to buy another brand!

It's good, but I find it sprays a lot of hot water as opposed to steam. It works great for cleaning difficult tile showers, but that's all I use it for.

I bought this two years ago and I love it. It reminds me of a giant Apple phone charger lol. I like the sleek design and ease of use. Just fill it up, push the button, and wait for the water to heat up. Takes about 10-15 minutes. Couple things I would change to give this a 5 star: 1: A retractable cord would be a hell of a lot easier to manage. Wrapping the cord back up on the bottom of the unit after using is annoying and because it is so long, it takes forever and it is a little hard to wrap. 2: I would add some type of window on the side of the tank to show the water level. Other than those two things, I absolutely love my Dupray! I use it a couple times a week on my floors, and once a month on my sectional sofa. I also use it to sanitize my dog's bed. If Dupray comes out with this same steamer but with a more convenient cord, I would consider selling mine and purchasing a new one.

Amazing grout cleaner !!!!!!!!

I received my NEAT steam cleaner and I have to say It has surpassed my expectations! I got it to work right away and cleaned things that I didn’t think would look cleaner! The machine does wonders on grout. My tiles look like just installed. The only problem is it comes with only one brass brush and after I have clean the tiles on the first floor the brush is worn out and can not be used anymore(hopefully can purchase extra brass brushes) The water reservoir can last an hour of steaming, and it works really well. All in one, it’s well priced for such a powerful and effective machine, I wish I had heard of it sooner. Very happy customer, thank you, Dupray!!!!!

Steam cleaning does work well but leaves a massive mess after "cleaning". Takes more time and products/supplies to "clean" up after using so I very rarely actually use it.
