Good overall steam cleaner

Pros:-
Steam cleaner is good, did a great job of removing splashes of hair dye from my bathroom floor on the lino. Also used on the shower doors and shower seals, worked really well there too. Completely removed some blue staining on my shower tray which now looks like new. Used to clean my internal doors and it removed 98% of those marks. Haven't used on the carpet / laminate yet so will have to wait and see how that performs.
Cons:-
Didn't remove mould or plastic adhesives stuck on shower wall. Also the nylon and brass brushes get worn out quite quickly but despite this I am happy with this steam cleaner and will be keeping it.

Falls below expectations

I was super excited about this product because I have light gray/white flooring and the videos make it look super efficient to clean but sadly, this product did not meet expectations. I used the grout cleaner attachment, but it does not really remove a lot of dirt from the grout lines, even with cleaner applied. I also have large sliders and the window cleaning attachment leaves streaks which requires me to scrub behind it. The steam is obviously very hot but again, it felt way below my expectations because I have to scrub behind it. If you have tan or dark colored flooring then perhaps this could would work better for you, but with light flooring… Save your money and your energy. If I could return it and not lose so much money, I would.

Nifty little machine

This little unit was delivered right to my door 3 days after ordering. At first glance, it looks simple enough to use. And is is! I've managed to remove grime on my shower tiles from hard water with my Neat without any chemicals and didn't have to scrub as much. It is a powerful little machine and I can't wait to steam clean the rest of my house with it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this device in Nov 2019, the machine broke down in February 2020. The after-sales service replaced it for me without difficulty. The new machine works well. The water heats up quickly in about 10 minutes. On the other hand, it is necessary to remember to descale it often. otherwise, the steam could be blocked in the pipe. I had called recently for technical advice on this subject, I was very well received on the phone and the after-sales service is very friendly and very efficient. I'm happy with the product, I'm currently using it every day to disinfect my clothes when I get home (Covid19 situation). I have recommended this device to my neighbors as well.

Effective for floors but not for carpets and rugs. As a rectangular tool, a brush is missing, which I had with the Vaporettos, however.

After owning this product for some time I'll start by saying what I dont like, and what needs improving. The funnel area to fill the machine is too small, even whenever pulling the trigger it takes some time to fill and to empty. Also, with calcium build up its hard to flush that calcium out with such a small hole. A bleeder valve would be nice to release steam/pressure whenever done. Funnel opening needs to be bigger for sure or a way to be able to clean the elements. Things I like, you can clean anything and it does an amazing job. I do car detailing and whenever I bring the Neat out people are crazy about it. I also like it doesn't take long for your surface to dry, whether it be floors or upholstery. I convinced my grandmother to buy one, now I'm working on the mother in law. Upgrades to this unit for the price would be appreciated as I would just sell my old unit and buy the Neat 2.0 with a bigger funnel / easier boiler cleaning functionality.

Amazing steamer

This steamer is amazing. I’ve cleaned tile grout lines, windows, gas grill. The attachments make every job easier!! My two Uncles and sister also purchased a Dupray steamer. We are all happy and would recommend Dupray steamer and products!

I purchased the NEAT steam cleaner nine months ago and have been using it weekly to clean my house, including the floors, toilet, sink, and tub. After waiting about 5 minutes for the unit to heat up, it provides a virtually unlimited supply of steam for cleaning tasks. I particularly appreciate the steam nozzle, which is excellent for disinfecting hard-to-reach areas like the hinges of the toilet seat. For added peace of mind, I still use a disinfectant spray on the toilet once a month to ensure no germs are present. For all other surfaces, I rely exclusively on the steam cleaner and have not noticed any signs of bacterial growth. As with typical mopping, it's important to ensure the floor is free of dust and dirt before using the steam mop; otherwise, the dirt will be pushed to the edges and corners. Overall, I am very happy with the NEAT steam cleaner.
