I love this thing. I love to talk about my steam cleaner to friends and family, LOL. I’ve cleaned all my floors and windows and vents and furniture with it. Design-wise, it is really convenient and accessible (speaking as someone with a disability)! The NEAT steam cleaner is not heavy, unwieldy, or difficult to use. It does get hot after you’ve been using it for a while, but that’s to be expected: It’s steam!
The adjustable length is great because it helps me reach the floor, which I can’t do otherwise, and also reach tall things like the top of the fridge. If the dirt is caked onto whatever you’re cleaning it will definitely take a bit more muscle/“manpower” than the videos imply, but cleaning a window takes me under 30 seconds. It is a million times easier than scrubbing by hand!
Also the design is cool and modern and the small profile makes it convenient to store, unlike some of the other bulky steam cleaners I’ve seen on the market.
I love that any microfiber cloth can be used with the floor tool, and not just the proprietary ones!

Great features and uses!

I bought this product a couple of months ago and I am amazed with all the differnt uses. I used it to clean the grout and tiles in my shower, which restored it to just like new. I used it to clean dirt and stains from living room couch and it looked brand new again. I mostly use it to steam clean my house as I have tile only and it does a great job of cleaning dirt and grime that sweeping or vacuuming leaves behind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely love this machine, I use it several times a week steam cleaning my tile floors, also has an attachment which is great to clean the grout.. It took the old wallpaper off in my bathroom and bedroom so quickly and easily. I use it to clean the walls and baseboards. What my son does with the machine is amazing, I burnt my carpet with a electrical cord twice and not in a corner, I was just sick thinking I would have to replace the carpet, my son worked with the machine and got the burn marks out, unbelievable.
I bought both my granddaughters one for a Christmas gift, they love it too!
This is my second machine, I worn the first one out after years of use, no regrets owed me nothing, always does a Great Job!

I purchased a few months ago and used it to clean my entire downstairs flooring grout (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and large living room). It came out very nice, however was a lot of work (2 mos of weekend work) due to the small size of brushes. I wore out all four brushes. Other steam cleaning jobs around the house (glass, stovetop, sinks) are much easier and I love the thorough cleaning.

I really love how efficient and compact this little steam cleaner is. It can tackle both big or small task and everything comes out sanitized and wonderfully clean! Well worth the price!!!

I bought this about a year or so ago and every often when someone talks about needing us steamer or a cleaner, I always recommend your product. I cannot explain less than 50 characters how much your product is a success in our household. My husband has used it multiple times with different jobs that required steamer to get stains out and each and every time we were never disappointed so this is an excellent product, and I would recommend everyone to Watch the videos and purchase the item and accessories.
