What more can I say than saved my life. Shipping was a few days. The pest is still unknown. I am writing all notes if this pest gets into the wild. One of the best quality anything I’ve ever purchased.

Amazing steam cleaner

I steam cleaned 24 feet of floor-to-ceiling blinds with the NEAT steam cleaner. They hadn't been cleaned in a dozen years, because regular cleaners just pushed the dirt around so I gave up. Now they look new. It would have cost more to have it done, and now I have a steam cleaner that can tackle other parts of the home that need attention.

I bought it mainly to clean my showers and to alleviate a lot of scrubbing since I have issues with my hands. I'm impressed! I was mostly impressed using it on my friends shower after spraying it with a mixture of water/vinegar/dish soap and letting that sit for 20 minutes. After I used my Dupray, the soap scum came off fairly easy. I was amazed because I have tried scrubbing with other products to no avail. I am excited to see what else I will use this for! I highly recommend this steam cleaner!

I use my steamer at least once per week to clean up the mudroom floor where my 3 dogs trek in and out all day. We've had our steamer a little over a year, and sadly, the lance broke. A quick call to customer service is all that is needed to get another one sent out right away! My floors and surfaces are super clean thanks to our NEAT Steamer!

This is a wonderful machine. Easy to use and does a great job on all kinds of surfaces. I like the locking feature for larger jobs as I use it on the carpets in our apartment, but we've also used it on tile and in the bathroom.
