I hadn't heard of steam cleaning or Dupray before I saw a store carry the Home one. Pros: It's compact, powerful, priced well, shipping is fast, accessories. Cord stores neatly underneath. I've used it to clean almost everything in my apartment and it's done a great job for about 99% of things. I shared the link to this with friends. Cons: The hose is long without a proper way to store it, I'm still trying to figure out the best way, maybe on a hanger in a closet? Same with the accessories, but those are easier, a small reusable grocery bag. The cord stores underneath the unit, which is tidy but annoying loading and unloading it for use. Fill tank: You have to guess while filling it up, and while using it how close to running out you are. There's no fill indicator. You're also not able to fill while using, but the entry level product from another German company has that option, and I was wondering if it's worth returning this one and getting that one since they're almost at the same price point. For now, I'm loving the NEAT, so I'm keeping it. Things I've used it on: Windows, window sills, blinds, bathrooms, mirrors, oven, microwave, mattresses, spots on carpet, stuffed animals and clothes. I'm pretty obsessed with using it. If I could, I'd spring for the top of the line because it's such a fantastic way to clean. Aside from occasional spluttering, I'm pretty happy with this product and completely recommend it for the price point.

I am astounded by this steam cleaner. I got it the other day and have cleaned EVERYTHING in my kitchen and I'm starting on my bathroom today. Easy to fill, set up and use, this will pay for itself over and over. The main reason I got the Neat is the lifetime boiler warranty. I haven't been this pleased with a purchase in a long time or this excited to clean EVER!.

I really like the Neat steam cleaner. I have hardwoods and procelain tile that come out wonderfully. I also just used the steam cleaner in my fibergalss shower and I was really impressed. I highly recommend the Neat steam cleaner.

I'm very pleased with my little 'steam box' it's so good and such a great help for me. I run a home boarding for dogs business so my kitchen and snug can get very dirty. I leave the steam on full then go back over the floor with a clean cloth and use the steam on and off. I do this because the steam on full all the time leaves the floor very wet. I can't manage the window cleaner it sadly makes the windows too wet but all in all it really is a great little machine

Very practical and compact cleaner Used against bedbugs it is a little early to say if it is effective! Otherwise I also use it for cleaning the house otherwise Ras I am very happy with my purchase I recommend it.

One Step Deep Cleaning

I bought this product as my third step floor cleaning process, as I launched a non-toxic cleaning business. This has become my most utilized tool in my own home and those I service. It is the ultimate cleaning tool for any home; I no longer need a 3-step floor cleaning process as this steamer can do it all. With a simple showing of what this tool can do my friends & family have began to buy this steamer with no hesitation as its a great product. My favorite things to clean are dirty grout and tiles + the bathroom has become a breeze. It has high heat, even steam and is compact; everything I could hope for in a steamer. Dupray has excellent customer service, if you need any help or issues they will go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this tool and company.

I had tried another brand in the past and it is nothing comparable to this one! It is impressive! Light, robust and very powerful. I even started to enjoy cleaning the house, especially the bathroom! I'm glad I don't use toxic and abrasive products to remove mold stains from the shower joints anymore! Also, I had to call customer service with a question and WOW! OUTSTANDING service. What an excellent little machine this is. I have had 3 steam cleaners (one combination mop and one cylinder) and this one knocks the others out of the park. It’s sturdy, the brushes, etc are fit for purpose and the steam output is first rate. So far, I’ve used it on tiles, shower room grout, carpet, glass and greasy stuff in the kitchen and I can’t fault the results. The sheer build quality is great and it feels like it will last a long time. It makes cleaning a pleasure ... almost (I’m not a complete masochist!). If I had to come up with one gripe it would be this - at this price there ought to be a storage bag for the brushes , cloths, etc (the lance components are easy to stand up in a cupboard with the main tank). But overall? Good job, Dupray. One very satisfied customer. x
