An amazing machine!

I haven’t ever come across a machine that does everything it’s claimed to do! This does. My house is already beginning to sparkle and I’ve barely had it a week! Sad as it may be, I’m very much looking forward to cleaning all sorts of murky places in my home! I can see that a lot of thought has gone into the design, it’s user friendly. The only things that I would would alter would be storage of the hose and a housing for the plug.. One very happy customer though, all in all.

Didin't know how much I loved this cleaner until today

I ordered the Neat steam cleaner last year. I really liked how quickly it came. I really liked all the accessories. I really really liked how it transformed hard-to-clean areas in my home. I did not, however, know how much I loved this until today when I noticed a little leak coming out the bottom. I logged onto the chat help on this website and had the ENTIRE problem resolved in under an hour. By which I mean I had trouble-shot with the profoundly helpful, competent and cheerful Michel D (with an assist from Carlos), Michel was able to see my warranty, find my phone number, consult with technicians, call me in person and send me all the packing labels I needed to return the project IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR with zero seconds spent on hold. Sure, in a perfect world nothing would ever, ever break, or fall apart, or go wrong. In the current reality we inhabit stuff is always succumbing to gravity or inertia. The best any reputable company can do is offer customer service but so few of them do. This company made what could have been a minor disaster for me into an easy chore that got crossed off the to-do list in record time. Buy it! you won't regret it!

solid and efficient

Use for 1 year, once a week, 100m2 of tiles. Happy with my purchase. The device is very simple, compact, light, the plastics are of good quality and robust. The accessories are good and solid too. It heats up in 5-10min and holds up pretty well with continuous use. What I can criticize is the fact that it is complicated to eliminate the remaining water in the tank after use. Unrolling and rolling up the electrical power cable is not very practical but it only takes 30 seconds anyway. The head does not orient itself vertically which somewhat limits cleaning (under a sofa for example) since you have to try to keep the head as parallel as possible to the ground. That said, it seems that competing devices, which have a vertical joint, break precisely at this joint... Despite these few small flaws, I would buy this model again without asking myself any questions.

Compact and efficient steam cleaner

Very satisfied with my purchase. I have been using steam cleaners for several years and I find that it is one of the best on the market in terms of value for money . It is compact, powerful and very handy with its handle. Only downside: no gauge to check the amount of water in the tank but I fill it completely each time. Sufficient autonomy for regular cleaning of a villa. Too early to check its solidity over time but the after-sales service is very efficient despite the distance (more efficient than some companies in France) I highly recommend.

I wish I had known about this years ago. My Neat Steam Cleaner came yesterday afternoon and I have been putting it through it's paces ever since. So many uses. My bathroom has never looked cleaner! The steam just seems to make the tile sparkle. I can't wait to try it all through my house. Thank you, Dupray.

We have been using different brands steam mops for more than 10 years. We have used the Dupray steam cleaner for the last y wo years. We can assure it is the best on the market. The other steam mops never exhibited the high quality we have found on the NEAT steam Cleaner. We are witnesses not only of the great presentation, the durability of the exterior materials, the easy use and maintenance but also the great appearance of our marble and ceramic floors . It is a great equipment for cleaning and disinfecting floors and other kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Their support and customer service is excellent. We had a great experience with Nolan D. From the Customer service Team. For all of these we recommend the Neat Steam Cleaner as a great aid for your home cleaning, maintenance and higiene.

told my sibling to purchase this product , because we needed a chemical free way of cleaning the family house. I bought another one, after I moved into my own home. I have told all my friends and my flatmates to buy this steam machine, they have seen how it works and said they were impressed as to how strong and how durable the machine truly is. Dupray do not play games when you need a replacement or have missing accessories. The only negative is that there should be a light to indicate when the water tank is actually full, it's very hard to determine if the water is full, sometimes you have to clean the boiler using a vinegar product as advised in the instructions manual, every 20 hours of usage. Also, it does take a few minutes to heat up, but, that's excused when you have to move your things around in the house, or run an errand. the boiler is not heavy, when carrying it, and it's lightweight. The actual hoses are made from good quality , but sometimes the pipe tangles so you have to make sure it's all straight. Extension lead is very good length for moving . 2 year warranty and lifetime on boiler. Put your trust with Dupray. ALSO, You can wash the microfibre clothes, they honestly give a generous amount of attachments, in my opinion, as opposed to other companies. leaking or burst of water coming out from the end. overflowing happens sometimes, makes me think that I did something wrong, I always use a kettle and measure accurately, but still overflows.
