Works great better cleaning results than chemicals

I used my steamer to clean a rental properties, kitchen cabinets that had terrible grease stains all over them. I have first tried a degreaser without any success. This steamer brought them back to a new condition without scrubbing or chemicals. I am thrilled with my steamer.

I just bought this to steam clean my kitchen and it removed spots on my floor that I thought were permanent. I also tried it on the area rug in my kitchen and it got out all the little stains in my carpet.

Sucks - Max Temp 130F

I’ll be returning this if I can. It’s max temp. is 130F, so would work fine as a facial steamer and nothing more. Very disappointed. Also, there is so much water expelled when starting up - it’s definitely not even close to hitting the temps. it claims it can.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dirt melts like butter, it's so satisfying. It's literally the only equipment you need to clean your home. I love for my cleaning business and my client's do to. I'll be buying another one. It's already paid for itself

Glad I bought the plus version!

I saw numerous videos on the original version and I’m extremely happy that I got the Plus version. Throughout the cleaning process, I definitely added more water and to have it pretty much instantly be ready again for usage saved me time. I’ve had this for a few weeks now and for the people who complain that the noise is to loud when the steam comes, use headphones to dampen the sound. For the users who also complain that the steam “goes everywhere”, use a microfiber cloth as you despense the steam and that will greatly reduce the blowout.
The cord holder (bottom of unit), needs to be reengineered, but I simply roll up the cord externally and that works for me. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and hope this will last. Thanks!

The best machine!

This is the best machine I’ve ever used! I have the neat steamer and it works amazing. It gets rid of so many hard marks I can’t get off with normal cleaning products. When I moved last year the machine saved my life on time, money, and materials. It has all sorts of different tools to help you clean the appliances or surfaces you need without scratching or damaging them! I upgraded to the neat PLUS and it’s even better. It’s refillable and heats up quickly. No getting on your hands and knees, no smell of cleaning products and no need for gloves to protect yourself. A 10/10 product that I’ll continue to recommend to EVERYONE!!!

j'ai acheté cet appareil il ya près de 2 mois. Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfaite. Je déplore qu'il n'y ait pas de mécanisme pour tirer l'appareil sauf par le tuyau.
