Everything in one place

One of the reasons why I went with the steam system in addition to; being able to fill continuously, the great reviews, a website that provide provided accessories and explain the differences between the various models AND the system came with something where I could store everything in one place. I was constantly misplacing the little accessories that are really useful. To have them all in one place with the steamer is glorious.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Steamer! Glad I purchased it!

Great steamer! I have owned 2 McCulloch steamers, on one the hose broke where it attached to the steamer and the other the gun cracked. The gun on the Dupray seems to be solid, produces a dryer heat than the McCulloch, has a nice compact design, and you can refill on the go. People mention the floor cleaning head to be a bit small but I find it not to be an issue and it fits better cleaning corners and tight spaces. So far I have cleaned my bathrooms (shower, tubs, tile, sinks and countertops, mirrors and toilets), wood floors, cabinets, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. I can’t wait to detail my vehicles with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very Disappointed with Neat Plus

I changed my old neat for the Neat Plus and I am very disappointed that every time I disconnect it to move from one room to another and reconnect it, I have to wait for it to warm up again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that the Neat Plus operates differently from the original Neat and that this can take some getting used to.
The original Neat uses a boiler that heats the entire volume of water, allowing the stored water to retain its heat and pressure when the unit is briefly unplugged and moved. The Neat Plus uses a newer heat-exchanger system, which allows for continuous refilling and a much faster initial heat-up time of approximately 1–2 minutes, compared with around 8 minutes for the original Neat.
Because of this different technology, the Neat Plus does need a brief warm-up again after being disconnected and reconnected. We appreciate your feedback and hope this additional context helps explain the difference between the two models.

Satisfied with some notes

This is my first steam cleaner, and overall I've greatly enjoyed it. It heats up quickly, get's the job done, and is easy to swap out all of the attachments. One gallon of distilled water lasts me multiple cleanings of my 1 bedroom apartment.
There are two suggestions I have that would bring this product from 4 to 5 stars.
1. Similar to other reviews, the cord not being retractable makes it a hassle to wrap and store underneath. Even if they added something like a manual crank or handle, that would be awesome.
2. You really have to be gripping the trigger hard and constantly to get it working. I have some carpal tunnel, and the constant gripping makes my hand/wrist sore. Also, the handle can get pretty warm, not hot where it hurts, but definitely makes my skin turn bright red from all the pressure I'm applying and the heat. Not sure if it was for safety reasons, but if they could make it more of an on/off switch type of situation, that would save my wrist from all the fatigue.
Overall though, for the price point and a chemical-free clean house, I think this product is worth it.

Regarding the steam trigger, the Neat has a steam lock feature that can make longer cleaning sessions more comfortable. Simply pull the steam trigger and push down the button located on top of the handle to lock the trigger in place for continuous steam, so you don’t have to keep squeezing it throughout your cleaning session.

Power Cable Issues / Cumbersome to Use

I’m returning after my second use to lower to a 2-star review. The reason is the power cable design. It’s worth considering not buying this or at least just know every time you use it will be cumbersome because of how the power cable is designed.
