I really love this product—it’s excellent for steaming and cleaning. However, I’ve run into two issues that I hope can be addressed.
First, the cord is not retractable, which makes it difficult to move around in larger spaces and inconvenient to store. Wrapping it underneath is not very practical, and it doesn't stay in place.
Second, the hose is already coming apart from the main square unit, and I purchased this less than a year ago. Considering the price, I was expecting greater durability for a household item of this quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Never Knew the Power of Steam Cleaning at Home.

Our Neat Plus has been in use for over a month now and my wife and I are very happy with its' performance. Kitchen tile AND especially the grout have not looked this good in years. I was skeptical about using it on glass, but it cleans soap scum off of our shower door really well. Easy to set up and use. I prefer to bundle the cord for storage rather than wrap it around the recessed base as designed. The wheels do make a difference. No regrets on adding the Neat Plus to our home.
