I had a negative experience

I unboxed the coffee maker, followed the instructions and plugged unit into regular outlet and nothing happened, no lights, display failed to light up. Nothing happened when I plugged the coffee machone.

You have to close it slowly or it pops the top of the pod but otherwise works well
