I absolutely love it. Easy soft finger touch operation very similar to finger touch computer screens is awesome. Great coffee. The fit and finish quality, materials used in construction of the coffee maker is superb too. Until i found Chefman I replaced 5 Kuerig coffee makers that fail in comparison, poor quality.

Have not made coffee with it yet, just cleaned, became familiar with use, look forward to tomorrow morning's coffee experience with Chefman Caffeinator.
