Doesn't keep the coffee warm. I increased the heat to high and set the hot plate timer to 4 hours. Gets cold after 30 minutes.

It is very easy to use. The selection panel is great. The hot coffee option works very well and is greatly appreciated. Design of coffee maker is very nice!

Ive only just got it, but frankly it is superior in literally every way to my keurig. Price, how it actually self cleans, the options it gives me, an easy to register warranty, aesthetic, how much counter space it takes up, I am ecstatic with my purchase.

Well it worked good for a few months then it quit dispensing 12oz of coffee it only gives 10oz and less

I was very skeptical because I have always used Keruig. I have only used it for 1 day. When my husband said it tastes better, I was really excited ? He is very particular. That's all I needed to hear. I
