Love the brewer when it works.
It tears the paper on the top of the pods on about 20 to 25 percent of the time I use it.
I am frustrated with this. It makes a big mess and I have to clean coffee grounds from the machine each time. I’ve used 4 different brands of coffee pods. Same result.
Please help me!!!
