I absolutely love it. Easy soft finger touch operation very similar to finger touch computer screens is awesome. Great coffee. The fit and finish quality, materials used in construction of the coffee maker is superb too. Until i found Chefman I replaced 5 Kuerig coffee makers that fail in comparison, poor quality.

Needs a clock.
Top where the pod goes fills with water. Very hard to get pod out after coffee is done.

After about 4 months the water backs up and spurts coffee grounds and water all over.

Just set up my new machine. Much narrower than my Keurig machine. Love the look and that I can brew ice coffee.
