Easy to use. Only complaint is the amount of dust or settlement that is on the product out of box. Love it though. It works good.

I needed a slimmer coffee maker than what I had and happened to find this gem!! We simply love this Chefman caffeinator single-serve coffee maker!! It's simple, yet has memory features to save favorite settings also!! Only 4.5" wide, it will fit about anywhere. It also comes with a 5 year warranty!! Love, love, love it!!!

great footprint

Love this coffee machine. I needed a slim model for my coffee bar. this is super versatile, has the perfect footprint and is very sleek looking. Coffee brews great and has several options. I just wish the tank held more than 2-3 cups of water. Ya win some, ya lose some I guess.

I just received it and so far it seems to be well made and the directions were easy to follow. My first cup was good. The model number etc are on the bottom and not easy to read.
