Easy to use, I use my own coffee grounds. The best part for me is that my coffee was 180°when it finished brewing. I just returned a coffee pot that only brewed my coffee to 147°. Definitely not hot enough! This coffee pot is nice looking and I love that I can use a travel mug with it as wellas raise my smaller mug up to avoid splashing. My one dislike is the huge, thick electric cord. Really unattractive on my counter and hard to manipulate to hide it. I unplug it after each use a try to cram it behind the pot to conceal it somewhat.
