We bought this coffee maker to replace our cuisinart coffee maker and it has been a great discovery. We decided to give a new brand a chance and we are happy with how practical, compact and easy to use. So far so good.

Easy to set up

I just set it up and am enjoying a cup of Cafe Caramel. It looks nice on my counter and I look forward to setting my Fav program up. The instructions were well written, concise and easy to follow. I do suggest that before doing anything, take a photo of the label on the bottom of the unit because that’s where the Model Number, Date Code and Access Code are located and you need this info for the registration.

I just bought it so we will see if it will outlast the Keurig machines. If it last more than 3 months then it will have achieved that goal. Other than that this thing is fantastic so far. I like everything about it and the thoughtful attention to detail. It makes great coffee with all of the various settings and they even have a unique cord storage underneath if you don't want all that cord all over your counters. I hope they put as much thought into the longevity of this product as they did into features and ergonomics. Love the round water reservoir as it is very easy to grip and handle. I give it 5 stars.

Easy to set up! It was concerning with the splattering water when following instructions to prepare for first cup of coffee but adding in a K Cup helped a lot.

This coffee maker is extremely user friendly fresh out of the box. Setup was a matter.of removing shipping tape, washing out products & filter container. Ran a trial brew without coffee tomallow the machine.tonwarm up. Brewed my first cup and coffee was delicious. Highly satisfied!
