Enjoying all the features it offers

Received it for Christmas 2025 and really enjoy all the options it provides. Looking forward to using it for making iced tea this summer. Cons to this product are how very loud it is. Whether just using it to make hot water or coffee, it's very loud. The other con is not being able to turn off the machine. I have to unplug it after each use. That's why the 4 star rating.

The buttons don’t work

I think I would love it if I could use it however the majority of the buttons are not lighten up and I can’t set it up or use it. And the store only had a certain amount and I would like to use my warranty to replace it through the company
