[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went back and forth with getting the mini stand mixer and a full size stand mixer. I am so glad I went with the mini in candy apple red! It fits perfect on my counter, is the perfect size for an apt galley kitchen, and the red is gorgeous! I can’t believe I waited so long to buy one! Every day off I spend in the kitchen using my mixer m, I absolutely love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last month I bought a new mixer for my kitchen to replace the old Mixmaster (20 yrs old). I had inherited a KitchenAid mixer from my Mother, but it was too tall to fit comfortably under my cabinets. However, I happened to notice the Artisan line as being a "smaller foot-print" than the full size. The "selling point" was the Candy Apple Red color....contrasted nicely with the mint green tile in the kitchen. I was able to use it for the first time in making a Valentine cake. It worked wonderfully......I am quite pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is such a help in the kitchen. You don’t realize how much having a stand mixer can change your cooking/baking game. Whip butter with ease, make perfect dough... the opportunities are endless. It is a bit noisier, and way heavier, than I expected. But once you have this stand mixer, you’ll never go back.

I've had this for several weeks now. I bought it to supplement my 5 quart Pro, to use for smaller batch mixing and kneading. It's been great, it has no problem kneading batches of pizza dough and mixing batter for cakes, cookies, etc. It came with the Flex Edge beater but I also bought the standard flat beater, which I recommend. Both have performed very well. I bought mine in Candy Apple Red, I absolutely love the color. I'm very happy with my purchase.

An Outstanding Addition to Our Kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased our most recent KitchenAid Artisan Mini as a gift for my wife, the baker, and she was thrilled, but why wouldn't she be as she is now the proud owner of three KitchenAid stand mixers of different sizes. Over the years we have purchased the stand mixers as gifts for family members because of the quality construction and excellent customer service. Our most recent Artisan mini, though, has a definite purpose space saving yet strong enough to handle my wife's baking demands and with a red themed kitchen, candy apple red fits perfectly. MG
