I would like to absolutely love these pots. They are just ok. They stain very easily and no matter how much I let them heat up before using them, food still sticks. I have to use a non stick cooking spray to get good results. I've cooked macaroni and there noodles stuck to the pot with boiling water. On top of that, the print of the noodles is left on the bottom of the pan. These pots have now become my "spare" pots. I purchased the ninja pots and they work great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The pots and pans all started pitting immediately during the first use. I followed directions and even researched how to prevent this and they still seem to be corroding. This tells me the quality is low and that is very disappointing for the price point.

Very nice cookware, works perfectly with induction

This cookware is lighter gauge than what I replaced, but what I had prior was stainless with a thick aluminum base. We bought an induction cooktop and our existing cookware with the aluminum base is not compatible. That said, so far I am very pleased with this cookware. The only less than positive comment is about the handles on the lids. The pot/pan handles are fine, do not get hot, but the pan/boiler covers (just the stainless, not the glass lids) can get hot. Just have to remember to use a pot holder when taking the cover off, but it would seem Cuisinart could desing the handles to not get hot.

This is a great set of pots and pans. There is a learning curve, because they heat slower than lower quality cookware; and once hit, they hold the heat. They clean up like new. They're my favorite and worth the price.
