Very high quality set. I absolutely love it. It’s my first stainless steel set and there is a learning curve for the nonstick frying pans, but if you watch some videos and read about cooking with them you can do it easily. The handles on the pans themselves have stayed cool for me, but I did have one lid that got too hot to touch. I definitely recommend buying Barkeeper’s Friend cleaner to have on hand to clean the pans with if you have tough stains, or if it gets discolored. The discoloration is not damaging to the pan and the cleaner takes it away. Otherwise I just use Dawn soap.

We love this set! It required us to kinda learn how to cook all over again, it only took a few days but well worth then re-teaching. Main problem we had was TOO MUCH HEAT!! low-to medium heat is all that is needed, unless boiling water of course. Once we learned to control our temp everything was non-stick. Now we never have to worry about teflon and other toxic stuff in our food and we have to break the bank to do so like ALL of the other stainless steel sets out there!! Thank You Cuisinart. Ya'll are our go to for all the other stuff we are going to replace.

Don’t believe the negative reviews that say everything sticks. If you season the pan as directed, cook on lower heat (the pans are designed for this), let your meat warm up a bit out of the fridge and follow the cleaning instructions (hot water and soak) you will love this cookware and it’s ease of cleanup. They’re also beautiful hanging in my kitchen.
