This is my first set of stainless steel cookware and I love it! The first few times I cooked on it there was some sticking that was completely my fault but it was extremely easy to clean off and it was actually very simple to learn how to correctly use stainless steel. I 100% recommend it!

A bit of a curve in learning to cook with this cookware. Tip:read thru the usage brochure FIRST. Recommendation is to not cook at a higher temperature than medium due to the construction of the base and the equalization of heat, I’ll get it sooner or later. Beautiful pieces, just wish that both the handle on the pans and lids were made of product that didn’t get so hot to the touch and they are quite heavy, both hands required for lifting larger fry pans when containing foods.
