The pots and pans both were very light weight for the money. Everything sticks to the bottom and they are almost impossible to clean. I have purchased a lot of cephalon products this is the worst. Would not recommend.

Cuisinart is ALWAYS a good product. We had to change to induction when we got a new cooktop and couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Even though they aren’t non stick they are so easy to clean, even when the kiddos burn them.

It took a little while to learn how to cook with these pans. I was used to cooking everything on high heat but with my Cuisinart pans, that is not necessary. They heat better and retain the heat longer.
I have purchased numerous other brands and was disappointed every time. I remembered my mother having pans like these and thought I’d give it a try. Best purchase ever.

Over all I am very pleased with these pots and pans! They distribute heat well, and they are easy to clean and store. My only complaint is that the lid handles get very hot and you need a pot holder to lift a lid.
