Never cook on high heat. Always preheat. Cooking with stainless steel is different once you master it you won’t cook with anything else. Just be patient while you’re learning. Do exactly as they tell you to do to maintain the quality of your cookware.

I am disappointed with the way food sticks when cooking. I do appreciate that washing is easy but there is already a residue that I am unable to remove. I wish I would have paid more for less but I bought them because of the name.
