Love these pots!! Great to cook in and easy to clean! Cooks food evenly without sticking and cleanup is a breeze. They are nice looking as well. A welcomed addition to my kitchen!

Disappointed in how food sticks even after spraying with Pam or using butter and the fact that you have to use a greeny meanie to scrub the bottom of the pan. There was nothing in the literature where it says that’s what you need to do. Also having to boil water let it sit and all that I didn’t have to do that with cheaper pants just to clean?
Seems like more work to clean up than it did to cook anything.
Knowing what I know now they’re nice looking and everything but I honestly think I would not have purchased.

Very nice cookware, works perfectly with induction

This cookware is lighter gauge than what I replaced, but what I had prior was stainless with a thick aluminum base. We bought an induction cooktop and our existing cookware with the aluminum base is not compatible. That said, so far I am very pleased with this cookware. The only less than positive comment is about the handles on the lids. The pot/pan handles are fine, do not get hot, but the pan/boiler covers (just the stainless, not the glass lids) can get hot. Just have to remember to use a pot holder when taking the cover off, but it would seem Cuisinart could desing the handles to not get hot.

I went back to stainless after trying countless non stick this & coated that only to have to add something to keep things from sticking anyway & having most coatings wear off quickly. Stainless truly is the only Dishwasher safe option & so far so good .. it’s a really nice , durable set you’ve just gotta not scrub with anything abrasive if you don’t want it to scratch , don’t cook on higher heat than what’s needed & soaking immediately after cooking will solve any sticking issues .. I’m hopeful this will be my last set. Only negative is lid storage as is with most sets

They are NOT a non stick pan. No matter how you cook with them everything sticks no matter how low the temperature is they burn!!! I hate them Wish I could return them. I only used 2 pans 1 pan came clean and looks new again but the other one has marks I use my old pans only won’t use them at all used only once and they are the worst!!!!

This cookware cooks great! But, I have a hard time getting it clean. Of course it doesn’t claim to have a non-stick surface, but for what it costs, it should come clean easier.
