Biggest piece of junk

I bought this less than a month ago and all it is, is an expensive piece of junk. There isn’t enough suction on this at all. I used it yesterday for some ground beef and it’s already freezer burned. I just tried chicken and there’s still air in it. I hate that the seal is up so high as well. I’ll go back to the basic extremely cheaper model that worked great until it finally broke. So disappointed! I’m returning it tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won’t turn on!

This arrived a couple days ago. It won’t turn on! It gets power because it makes a thumping noise! That’s all it does!

Works but not well designed

I bought this as a replacement for my third Foodsaver machine. Based on the price and the features I thought this was perfect. After several months, I've found this machine works well doing the job, but it is poorly designed and far from user friendly as my other ones were. The bag feed and seal system is poor and the way the machine operates is not easy to use.

Found the Elite lacking in doing it all.

Purchased this product to store pre-cooked chicken legs and thighs for easy access for a special diet. I've found individuals pieces of meats, fish and chicken together in one bag is a real chore as these foods will not lie flat and fall to the bottom of the bag, bunching together. I had a FoodSaver years ago with the sealer lower to the table. Is it necessary to purchase another machine like the one I had before as this Elite All-in-One does not do it all. Shall I return this product to FoodSaver or to point-of-sale purchase?
